What are your pieces made of?
Every SOLAX piece is handmade from 925 sterling silver, available in silver, yellow gold, or rose gold plating, with hand-applied enamel detailing.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, and lotions to keep the plating and enamel looking their best. Store your piece in a dry pouch when you're not wearing it.
How long does my order take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Shipping is free across Lebanon.
What happens after I place my order?
Once you order, we handcraft your piece in our Beirut workshop — this takes 3–5 business days. Then it ships to you free of charge, anywhere in Lebanon, and you pay cash on delivery. We'll keep you updated along the way.
Can I get a custom design?
Yes — we make custom pieces designed around your story. Message us on WhatsApp (+961 71 029 309) and tell us what you have in mind.
Can customers return or exchange it?
Yes — unworn items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Just message us on WhatsApp. Damaged pieces are replaced free of charge.
